Is Redpen a web app?
No. Redpen is a desktop app for Windows and Mac. It opens big plan sets fast and your PDFs stay on your computer. This website is where you manage your account, seats and billing.
Will my markups open in Bluebeam or Acrobat?
Yes. Redpen saves markups as standard PDF annotations with their own appearance, so Bluebeam, Acrobat and other viewers show them the way you drew them. Reopen the file in Redpen and every setting comes back.
How does the free trial work?
Create an account and you get 14 days of Pro. No credit card. Add a card any time before the trial ends to keep Pro; if you don't, you drop to the Free plan and keep your files and markups.
Can I use it offline on the jobsite?
Yes. Once you are signed in, Redpen works without a connection. It checks in again next time you are online.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly, or add seats later?
Any time, from the Billing page. Changes are prorated automatically. Team admins can add or remove seats whenever the crew changes.
Do you offer purchase orders or invoices?
Yearly Team plans can be paid by invoice. Contact sales and we will set it up.
