Using Redpen
These terms cover the Redpen desktop app and this website. By creating an account or using the app you agree to them. If you use Redpen for a company, you agree on its behalf.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details private and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for activity under it.
Plans, trials and billing
Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. Trials convert to the Free plan unless you add a payment method. You can cancel any time from the Billing page; access continues until the end of the paid period. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.
Seats
Each paid seat is for one named person. Team owners may reassign seats when people leave.
Your files
Your drawings and PDFs stay on your computer. We do not receive, store or claim any rights in them.
Acceptable use
Do not reverse engineer, resell or share the software or your account, or use it to break the law or infringe others' rights.
Measurements
Redpen helps you measure and count, but you are responsible for checking quantities before relying on them in bids, orders or construction.
Warranty and liability
Redpen is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
