Can the whole office use it?
Yes. The Office plan is sold per seat with no minimum, puts everyone on one invoice with one admin, and you can add or remove seats any time.
Is there a monthly option?
Yes. Pay monthly or save with yearly, and cancel from your account page.
Is signing free?
Placing a drawn or typed signature is free. Signing with a digital ID, which records who signed and whether the file changed afterwards, is in Office and up.
Are my files uploaded anywhere?
No. Redpen is a desktop app for Windows and Mac. It opens and saves PDFs on your computer, and no AI feature reads them. Your account only tells the app which plan you are on.
